I just returned from a happy weekend with my family. It was very nice to see all these people who are dear to me and I do not see too rarely. Obviously, the question of the occupation returns regularly and I spent a lot of time explaining that my current route is somewhat precarious, but absolutely inspiring. Although I know exactly where I want to be in a few years, the path to get there is yet to be traced. 
What is more disturbing is that afterwards, by talking about other subjects, some spontaneous remarks were typical of what I would call a "shared view". Indeed when we approach the issue of flexible working hours back the "It's true that you do not work! " as if I turned thumbs at home. 
I understand that there is no malice in these words and the implication is "You do not work as an employee subject to a fixed schedule." But at the same time, this lapse is known to all the creators and I find it a bit indicative of a mindset. Someone who stays at home, that it necessarily does not really work, since the house is comfortable. All that to say that this is not really very serious, but it's still a bit frustrating!
