This is a note of humor!
I wish to treat in humor, but it requires a talent that I did not feel fit enough. I
indeed an exception in the THEMATIC (if there is one) of my blog to stick to a news item that seems significantly high.
I said that for easy comprehension of people discovering what I speak, I simplified the maximum detail in striving nevertheless follow the facts.

History:
An association "right-thinking", the NFD (No Smoking Law) has sued a forum and club P1P2C (A Fistful of Cigars).
This club is an association of 1901 non-profit, non sponsored, merely discuss "the pleasures of cigar" on a forum completely confidential.
Reason for complaint: Apology
Risks of smoking: Tens of thousands of dollars in fines and damages. After many twists
