Probably many of you know this artist, but I can not resist the pleasure to bring back your memories ...

These Maurits Cornelis ESCHER. (1898 - 1972)

It combines perfection of execution and imagination. It
abusing our visual senses and plays with our reason.
He invents new spatial representations and new worlds that exist only in the drawing ....

... For "draw is cheating!"

Let yourself be drawn into her world ...

was born June 17, 1898 in Leeuwarden, Friesland (NETHERLANDS).
He died at age 73, March 27, 1972, shortly after have completed the masterful woodcut "Snakes".
